Martin Della Vecchia
Martin Della Vecchia’s output expands to the fields of film, music, the written word, and the visual arts.
His music was performed at the National Concert Hall, the MAC Theatre, Ulster Museum, Dance Ireland, Belfast Children’s Festival and broadcasted in BBC Radio 5 and BBC Radio Ulster.
Martin’s films include The Broken Body (2019), Cruz (2018), Me and My Thoughts (2016), and None (2006). Awards include Awareness Festival, LA (2017); Cardiff Film Festival, Wales (2017), and Modena Film Festival, Italy (2016), amongst others. His Fine Art pieces were exhibited in solo and groups across UK and Ireland and works are held in private collections in the UK, Ireland, Germany, United States, and Argentina.
Martin’s academic path includes a PhD in Music Composition (DCU, Ireland), an MA in Computer Music (Maynooth University, Ireland), Masters certificate in Film and TV (Berklee College of Music, USA), and a BA in Music (CONSUDEC, Argentina).
