Our first floor is available to hire on a daily basis and it is conveniently located in the Cathedral Quarter, Belfast.

It can be used for video production, testing ideas, researching and creating project work, exhibition and installation development, photography, and meetings.

To celebrate the summer season DAS is running a promotional offer on our room hire. We are reducing the daily rate to £100 per day (was £150) until the end of August. As an extra bonus, we are offering a further 15% discount on 3 days or more.

• The first floor space is 25m2 and comes equipped with projector and free-standing speakers, and a 50” screen. Please note that the studio room is on the first floor and is only accessible by stairs.

• We can provide 5 desks and seating for 10 people.

• Tea & coffee making facilities are included in the package.

• Alternatively, if you are interested in using the space to shoot some video / photography we have a range of coloured backgrounds, LED lights and audiovisual equipment available for members to hire. (See our membership page for details).
